Reconnaissances are at the end. In stage 5 We cross all sorts of terrains. Very high dunes of the Great Sand Sea, fast tracks with lots of bumps, HP and a huge variety of landscapes with a total of 405,50 KM. The 6th stage starts with a beautiful descent. Again we have rocky, rough tracks, lots of HP where keeping the cap is the key. After 100 km the start of the soft sand. Small but soft barkane dunes. After the dunes  we head back to Cairo. Crossing lots of tracks, traces and some parts are very rocky. Co-pilots will have lots of work... DON'T MISS THE PHOTO GALLERY: THERE IS SOMETHING TO DREAM FOR!

Just finished SS4. Fantastic! Very challenging with extremely difficult soft dunes. Will start ss5 now

No images, but enough to dream again: "No Internet connection. Stage 2 is 332 km. Stage 3 just finished now 426 km with plenty of majestic cathedral dunes, some of the best of what Egypt has to offer. Sunday night there was some light rain in the desert bivouac which was very beautiful and refreshing. There was an incredible sand storm on Monday where they were forced to take shelter and halt the reco for 18 hrs until the weather improved. Stage 4 will start in one hour after a quick meal and refueling."

Stage 1 finished. The stage is varied. Fast tracks at the beginning, then bumpy tracks with danger 2, nice dunes crossings not too difficult, then fast tracks until the end. Total 332 km
