How to enroll

STEP 1

In order to enroll, you must fill in the three registration forms for each person of your team:

• Entry Form --> one form each classic team or each participant --> to be filled in online following the procedure
• Medical form and Terms of Participation --> one for each person enrolled -> download here below, sign and send them scanned via e-mail (possibly in pdf format)

Procedure will be then confirmed by our secretariat.

STEP 2

Then add compulsorily the copy of each document scanned in jpeg or pdf format as requested for each participant of any category :

• each vehicle registration book
• 1 photo
• valid passport copy (compulsory COLOUR copy)
• compulsory national driving license + advised international driving license

STEP 3

Send the registration rate payment only by bank wire transfer (we don’t accept any bank cheque). 

It is compulsory to send a copy of your bank wire transfer done via email to info@pharaonsrally.com with your invoicing details (both as a team, as well as a company, as well as a private).
