HOW TO ENROLL
Each vehicle/crew (registered in any category: BIKE-QUAD-CAR-TRUCK-ASSISTANCE) must compulsorily fill in the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM available at this link: http://www.pharaonsrally.com/en/competitors/registration/entry-forms/. The registration procedure is finalized only when you receive the confirmation by e-mail message.
Be sure you have the following personal documents of all crew members before starting the procedure: passport, national driving license, blood group, as well as the vehicle documents and billing information.
The registration procedure will then be validated by our secretariat.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
The following documents must be forwarded to Competitors’ Secretariat only by email (info@pharaonsrally.com) in electronic format (. jpg or .PDF).
Each file must contain a single document (f.e. WHITE_passport.pdf; WHITE_drivinglicence.jpg ...)
• Medical Form of the Rally - fill in the online pdf form and return it to the Competitors’ Secretariat. It will be signed in original at scrutineerings
• Terms of Participation - to be filled in, undersigned and sent scanned by e-mail to the Competitors’ Secretariat at the moment of inscription (ie. at payment).

PERSONAL DOCUMENTS
• valid passport (COLOR - valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry in Egypt)
• national driving license (compulsory) + international driving license (recommended)
• 1 photo identification – JPG FORMAT - 200x200 pixels
• international FIM license for Cross Country Rallies (World Championship) for BIKE racers
• international FIA COMPETITOR and DRIVER license for Rally Tout Terrain for CAR and TRUCK racers
• FIA passport - only for CAR and TRUCK
• authorization / permission of the National Federation to participate to an international event
• vehicle registration book

PAYMENT
Send the registration fee payment only by bank wire transfer (we don’t accept any bank cheque nor credit cards).
It is compulsory to send a copy of your bank wire transfer done via email to info@pharaonsrally.com with your invoicing details (both as a team, as well as a company, as well as a private) with Name, Address, Zip Code, City, Country, VAT number or TAX Code.

DEPOSIT CHEQUE
Deposit (= deposit is what foreseen by regulations related to fair play along the race) must be sent to Competitors' Secretariat, PHARAONS RALLY c/o Centro Uffici, Corso Dante 41, 10126 Torino, Italy, ONLY by cheque, as we don't accept wire transfer for deposit (please note all deposits via wire transfers will not be refunded).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
FIM LICENCE
The FIM international licence for 2013 Cross Country Rallies World Championship is essential to participate at the Pharaons Rally.
You may have an annual or one event licence valid for 2013 Cross Country Rallies World Championship 2013.

FIA LICENCE
Each crew registered in CAR/TRUCK category must communicate via email the COMPETITOR FIA international licence number.
Pilot and copilot must also send via email each DRIVERS’ personal licences (FIA International Licence)
FIA PASSPORT
Each crew registered in the CAR/TRUCK category must send via email a complete copy of the FIA PASSPORT.

SAFETY MATERIAL
This matter concerns only racing vehicles:
Forms must be downloaded from the website "SAFETY" section and they must be sent directly to the concerned company. All technical and administrative questions for these devices must be done directly to the concerned society!
